Leasin A Beat to One Person, then Someone Else Wantin Exclusive Rights??

I know for a fact this has been asked b4 but i couldnt find it. What Do you do when you already Leaseed A beat to Somebody then Some one else buys the exclusive rights?

First of all your way out of this is if you have leased a track non-exclusivley, let it be know it's just that a lease....you need to have some disclaimer that the track will either have certain lease period or you have the right to end the lease after a certain period.....I usually always give 30 days after a lease to give the person leasing the track 30 days to get the exclusive rights.....but you need to have a clause in your original contract....I'm not a lawyer but if you told a lawyer this he can easily put this in there.....
