I went to see Jedi Mind Tricks perform last night at the Knitting Factory in NYC for the Legacy of Blood tour. On the website it said J.M.T. and special guests. I figured it would by Outerspace and 7L+Esoteric only.....
So Outerspace comes on first and they do like 4 songs. Then they do the last song on the Blood and Ashes album. For those of you that never heard this album, Immortal Technique is the last rapper on the track. His part comes on and he walks on stage to perform on some suprise shit!!! The whole place went wild. So then he goes on to bring out Poisen Pen and Diabolic and they do some shit. Then Pumkinhead comes out with two other muthafuckers and they do that Scarface sample shit from Vol. 2. Fuckin Sick.
Then Jedi Mind Tricks comes on. Vinnie Paz comes out and the whole spot is jumping. He does a bunch of songs and then brings out Goretex on some suprise shit to do the track from Visions of Ghandi. Later on Ill Bill, Sabac Red, and the Arsonists come out also as a suprise and kill shit. The tickets were only $15 and even better the proceeds went to a good cause (some poor people charity).
Best show I ever been to in my life. Immortal Technique is performing there this Friday the 1oth. I'll keep yall posted.
