i signed up for this site way back because i was looking for real-human feedback and ideas on production.

I read a post about getting perfect snares from a piece of celery crunching right next to the microphone... signed up for the site immediately.

Imagine my disappointment when I realized the post was written in satire. But still, that's the kind of creative thinking stuff I was looking for... the forums are full of that.
