Dac was running the sampleflip, thats why there hasnt been one for a while.

This is a real chilled out beat, I really dont think it needs the california love sample, it seems a bit off.
I really like the harp at the end of the 8 bars.
I like the drum pattern, its not a usual type of beat pattern. And has a nice variation to it.
I think you need to do something about that bass tho, its really muddy.
It really stuck out at the end how bad it really sounds. A bit of filtering/equing could fix it up a bit, but I would also consider changing the bass sound altogether.

I agree with what 2 g said...equing and what not...the cali love vocal sample...sounds kind spar attic when it comes in. Other than that...keep elevating homie..Respect
