For all the old school heads that used to go to these shows back in the day, they have another tour going on, I went and saw it last night shit was live.
It has always been traditional that the one person that you really wanted to see would not show up, last niight was no exception.
Slick Rick was billed but sisnt show, however Dougie Fresh and BDK held it down like a mo fo.
BDK just turned 40, and man has he still got it! Great show! Great MC!
DOug?? Awsome! My man isnt bouncing all over the stage any more, but he controls the place in a way that made it REAL hard for the groups after him.
In fact it was a done deal afterwards. Whodini is a great group, but back inthe day they're sound sucked , nowadays? Their sound sux... Something to be said for REMASTERED tracks fellas, you should try it!
Naught by Nature was there, looking VERY Jersey, and with WORSE sound than Whodini, in fact they prolly HATE Charlotte because tho we wanted to give them love , the crowd was driven out of the place by the shit ass frequencies..
Anyway if it comes to your town, go and see this show!
