lol, im glad i aint working on their support team anymore. Besides, this is consumer shit for people who still cant type...the dude was busy for 45 minutes writing an email because there's no keyboard... the battery type mustve changed because the keyboard/trackpad goes through a usb controller which now replaced by the oversized ipod wheel which consumes less power anyway and adds much needed space. This is the new macbook air, something completly useless..from my experience it has always been the corperate staff kinda people that bought the macbook air because they only use usb sticks and only the staff office has wifi (utp connector on macbook air does not exist, you can get a usb-utp connector but that's cost you your only usb port lol). Remote disc...jeez that takes ages for everything to get installed and in the end the thing isnt that portable unless the only you do on it is typing....ow yeah, not to forget a small hd or an optional expensive SSD.
