Fl studio porblem

everytime i open up my FL, I cant here anything there not letting me pplay the sound or nothing, wasup with that? I can here music when i play on my ******** and everything else but when i open up FL, i dont here anythingg can some1 help, it just started doing this

are you opening up your FL while you havew audio files playing already?

Do you have any other apps open that utilize the same sound source device (e.g., Windows Primary Audio, Asio4All??).. FL is not good at "sharing" audio sources so you'll have to close other audio sources at times. The other thing is to check your audio settings and make sure you have the right source selected. The other thing is to check the mixer and make sure you have a) the volume turned up and that you have an output device selected as well
