Both very different beat, so either beat could win against other beats similar.
Beat #1, DAMNN that drop and the sample into dubstep, that was crazy, that's the sort of beat I'd use to perform live on stage and the crowd would go wild. Dope!!!
Beat #2 also very dope, didn't grab me like beat #1 purely because it wasn't as hard hitting but for a story telling type track and something chilled, this beat is fire.
As an artist, I'd use both beats to record on, but #1 is my favourite.
