Equipment Setup

hi , i hope some one out there can help me.
the equipment i have is
Roland xr rack
yamaha mo6
mpc 2500
yamaha mg 16/4 mixer
digi 002 rack
and i am running pro tools on pc
My question is how or what would be the best way to incorperate all these equipment, i would like to track from the mpc to protools and to record any sounds from the roland using the mo6 and the mo6 sounds as well,

hook up the XR Rack and the Yamaha and the MPC into the mixer and then the mixer into the Digi
