I think its good that you took the initiative to make a video--my camera guys and I shoot footage of artists damn near every night, the tips below are what I would do, if was using YOUR equipment and setup.

The equipment you have isn't what's affecting the quality of your video, its just that your cameraman is not steady and the lighting is poor in your studio (for video production). The most important thing you can do to improve your videos is to bump up the lighting. You can use a couple lamps with
the white flourescent "flood light" bulbs (they sell them at any Walmart), make sure you take the lampshade off of you'll start a fire (happened to me twice). This is a GREAT low budget alternative to buying a lighting kit.
From looking at the layout of your room if you place your lights right next to or behind the monitor, you would have more clarity in your shot since that's what you're focusing on.
Your cameraman is very shaky, buy a tripod from Walmart for $25.00 and have him do closeups on the screen only, you should only be seen in the video intro and outro and studio tour.

Overall, good video and your knowledge of the program is good, and with a little more attention to detail with the camera aspects and you could actually sell it, Tutorial DVD/videos are the next big thing, you heard it here first. Peeeace.
