dilemma!

i'm stepping my game up and getting a new mic sooner or later. i've decided to commit 300-400 dollars. have any suggestions? these are the mics i have in mind:

i have a rode nt1a good mic. nothing beats the original rode nt1 that had a soumd so much warmer then the 1a. i say go with a rode mic tho.

I have a rode NTK mic that shit is beautiful with a good preamp. Plus their customer support can't be beatin. I bought a used NTK and the custom 7 pin XLR cable the mic uses was broken. I emailed customer support to buy a new one but they sent me one for free, didnt even pay for shipping from australia.

I've heard that audio technica mics seem too clean. Don't remember which ones the persons were referring too but thats just what i remember off the top.
