Correct dimensions for a cd cover in pixels/cm

Im doing an album cover for someone thats going to be printed, never did a print before, I know that its supposed to be at 300 dpi but im getting mixed dimensions from different places on the internet. I downloaded a template thats 12.7 cm x 12.7 cm (5"x5"), i'm seeing other places that say just 12 cm, and so on. If anyone has the correct measurements please post them here and don't post unless your 100% cuz I don't want to take chances, thank you.

4.75 x 4.75 I usually use 300 dpi

lol, just got my covers done like 15 mins ago........but yea, those are the correct dimensions.
