Disclaimer, let me say I'm not trying to gang up on Bastard, I'm sure if some real shit went down, people (me included, and probably Benny and the other NYers) would look out for him.
Our illbrother Bastard has had picture of a thirty year old athlete assualting a seventy plus year old man on our boards for a good three months.
What I'm saying, on the grounds of logic, is that it's time to take it down.
- it eats up bandwidth
- it's been up too long, the novelty has worn off
- it encourages destruction and negativity instead of upliftment and postivity
Basically, Zimmer is someone's granpops, and I think to go posting around a picture of a seventy year old getting assaulted is wrong. It's the equivalent of someone punching a paralyzed person sitting in a wheelchair.
I got no problem with Bastard arguing all day about how great Boston is, fine. I even pointlessly got in on some of these meaningless arguments for a minute (since stopped).
But I will say that this forum, basement or not, should reach higher than keeping this stupid ass offensive picture on every one of his posts.
If I wrote some shit about something political, it would get closed in a minute, however everyone who comes to this sight is forced to look at this garbage for the last three months, total bullshit IMO.
Maybe there should be one forum called basement where people can act like the media portrays people (thug/idiot/uneducated/ignorant/stupid/sexist/violent), and another one called mountaintop where people can actually try to improve this fucked up world we're in.
Now that I haven't smoked in a month this shit is really pissing me off, total waste.
