Avatar and signature

iv made over 100 posts now, iv looked around the user CP but i cant find where to upload an avatar and make a signature. can someone tell me how to do this. thanks.

On the left there's "Edit Signature" and "Edit Avatar". You don't see it?

yeh i saw them but it was all locked, but then i logged out then back in again and it allowed me to do it as you can see.
