What I like about the AOTB, is listening to a beat and seeing how close/samilar Fade's thoughts are to my own. And also trying to guess which beat will be selected as the winner.

I find majority of the time the feedback aligns quite well with my own, usually when there are differences they are more personal taste.

I think for newcomers and those still learning, listening to AOTB would be very beneficial and should be recommended... listening to the beats and thinking of what your feedback would be and then listening to Fade's, go back and listen, it will help improve your own ability in being able to critique/listen critically to yourown work and imrove your productions.
