AI is not a threat to you as a producer/beatmaker.
In fact it's just a new tool that you can use better than non producers.
Sure it could make a loop, or generate some sounds.
But you're the ears and brain to know if how when why and where to use those sounds.
It's your musical knowledge, skills, style and uniqueness that will be able to utilise and make good of what AI generates.
Otherwise it's no different to people downloading sample packs and watching YouTube "how to use FL" tutorials.
The difference is you.

I actually had this thought just now watching a AI scaremongering video aimed at Designers.
they used the AI to create logos.
sure some of the logos looked pretty cool or usable,
but it's your knowledge, skill and experience as a designer that can discern what IS or ISNT good, that can actually make informed decisions about how the design should look, why it should look like that. What to change. How to utilise AI to come to a better outcome. Downloading cracked photoshop and watching a youtube tutorial doesnt make someone a designer.
and the exact same goes for music.
The work isnt about the tool, but about your skill knowledge individuality and experience.
