LOL, KRS looks so young there.
But the problem is that the old school ones were literally the best MC's, whereas the newer ones it's more popularity. Because as Hip Hop got more popular, there have been tons more rappers out there, so to say Lil Wayne for example is the best rapper is stupid. That year, and many other years, there were many other rappers way better, especially if you look at independent and underground acts. Really? Lil Wayne mentioned twice? Please. Then Minaj and all those others? LOL.
The list started off great but then went into the toilet. Of course I'm biased because I love the 90's but still, they can't say that people like Wayne, Drake, Minaj, etc are "the best". Minaj isn't even a rapper anymore!
