Signups

The signups will be on March 25th at 12pm ET, and end around 8pm ET, or until we reach 16 contestants (whichever comes first).
Voting will be each day from 8am ET to 7pm ET.

Voting Criteria

You can use whatever sounds you want, samples, synths, just remember to read the rules for the rest of the restrictions. What the judges will be looking for is originality, creativity, mixing skills and overall dopeness!

I know it says theme none - for all rounds or just the first?

When theme is none do something people ever just submit good beats they've made previously?

It's one beat... you submit your beat and that's it; it enters into a knockout tournament bracketing.

Previously, it used to be submit a separate beat for each round - but we simplified it for engagement.

also previously, the rounds used to all take place on one day (Saturday), but again due to engagement we spread the rounds across days of the week - helps give a better voting turnout. Also gives more excitement.

When theme is none do something people ever just submit good beats they've made previously?

Many do, I typically make something specifically for it or whatever I'm currently working on.



Oh, another note... Warzone is limited to 16 entrants, so you may wanna get in there quick. Sometimes there are still empty slots surprisingly - there shouldn't be with the new system. But yeh, to try avoid disappointment.
