    Howard Blake - "Night Tapestry"

@Klypse - i got this dark funhouse type vibe from this beat, nice drums @wizard - bass line lows barely registering through my krk's but i can hear them lol, nice use of KRS as the hook let me know if my bass line is too high, sounds different in my headphones versus my krk's

    Bob James - "Tappan Zee"

LOL!! yeah i saw the episode on "The Breaks" when Ahm put this record on, and Dee Vee eventually made a beat out of it. Since DJ Premiere is responsible for the music on the show, guess its safe to assume he was the one who chopped the hell outta this song. Might give it a shot later..

@Fade that ambient sound behind the horns pretty slick, nice mellow beat @Edgar the horn loop you used reminds me of "be a father to your child" Ed O.G. jont.. the high pitched sounds kinda threw me off a lil bit but its different @S-Beats nice beat my dude, nice touch with the wavy keys @Krass1...

Tito Fontana - Tema di un poeta

@Klypse you definitely used alot of different parts of the sample! but around the 1:10 mark where the strings came in, sounded like the bassline was fighting it a lil.

Tito Fontana - Tema di un poeta

@oninkaf - horns was a nice touch, the bassline kinda sounded like it needs more volume, so i couldnt really tell if it was in tune with the rest of the track.

@S3oulC1ty of all the beats i have heard on here so far, you prolly the slickest. your basslines remind me of waajeed (detroit producer). nice flip moe.

    MPC Users?

the XL is cool, but i lean towards the 1K because of its workflow. My XL has the multi-card drive which is a must, so i can swap samples from my computer if i dont sample from records. The XL has this "sound" to it that i cant really duplicate with the 1K lol

I rock with the XL and 1K, but mostly the 1K.
