    Do a warm up exercise before you stretch. Its a myth that you should stretch first, warm up your muscles a little bit so you don't do damage to them then stretch then go on to the harder workout.

    ya man, they rock! As far as 12AX7's go its about your only choice. Groove tubes got bought out by Fender and then told us they would keep making them but Fender kept pushing the ETA back until they finally came clean and told us they where discontinued.
