    @ dac- thank you, and i chopped the song at the kick and the snare i heard in there and made patterns like i was making a drum pattern but only if the samples went well, then kinda layered my drums right on top

    idk really if its"rookie" or not but i sometimes layer my drums, kicks snares or hats whatever, but all depending on how it goes with my samples and if my kicks dont become too strong and distorted or not..
