    That sounds like a good program, but how can it do that especially since bpm or a lot of songs in a remix is not always consistent with pauses and breaks, acid has always had the ability to do this pretty accurate except you have to tell it where the first downbeat is in the song, I have to see...

    check your soundcard latency, make sure when you press a key you have 0 or close to no delay between that and the sound output.......also your quantize and grid settings are important in Fruity loops too that makes a difference when you record where the note is placed, you can always quantize...

    Best way is to use the mpc, when you make your beats it should be totally independent of the software sequencer...so you can make your tracks completely independent...unless you are using some vst's etc.......the the next thing you want to do is when you are ready to track utilize the timing...
