What's your typical WAV/MP3 process?

This is for the Beat Fights I'm working on.

I need to know what you normally do when preparing your beat for a battle. I'm assuming you're exporting from your DAW into a WAV file.

Your WAV file:
  1. Bit depth: 16-bit or 24-bit?
  2. Sample rate: 44.1kHz, 48kHz, 96kHz, 192kHz?
Your MP3 file:
  1. Bitrate: 192 kbps, 256 kbps, or 320 kbps?
  2. Constant bitrate or Variable bitrate?
MP3 file size:
  1. What is the typical file size you end up with for a 2 minute beat?
Thanks.

If I'm exporting for ill battles I export 320k mp3's, for soundcloud and most other things, wav 24bit 44.1k or 48k.
I think it's constant bit rate.

Generally I think mp3's are 10 times smaller than the wav.
I used to always export to wav, before doing any "mastering" and do that 8n an external program like soundforge, but since I can currently produce, mix and "master" the tracks in the DAW, as long as my laptop can handle it, that's become redundant.
