@wilizm I like this beat it's real simple and got that old classic style I just wish it was pumped up some more but other than that nice work!
@RStarCRhymeLord I can hear this one being on an adventure movie which is a good thing because I feel any music that makes it to a movie is making film much more memorable.
@C4NTK33P5T1LL I have mixed feelings about this one I think it has potential if you mix it better. But at the same time I think if you get it right could make for a good track.
@ArvinArmani I like the sounds used I just think the drums need more presence.
@KuKo not really a fan of this style but for what it's worth it's not bad.

Alright I gave this remix some new flavor, tried something different. Please return feedback doesn't matter if it's negative or positive all criticism and compliments help. Thanks.

@Matt D, DOPE ASS REMIX ...I CAN FUCKS WIT THIS...I DID A REMIX WITH THIS TOO..BUT YOURS IS WAY MORE DOPE BRUH...I LIKE THAT THUNDER THUMBS & LIGHTNING LICKS SAMPLE

So I start,

I recorded the E-Piano, chopped it and sampled it, also there is a lower voice very distorted, I recorded myself. Will give Feedback to the next one!

Low end need more work to be done, also beat missing some dynamic feel to it. Also try to do kick more punchy. Melody could also be better it's

@RizzakBeats Sounds real smooth. I like. The vibe feels like Cardi B's Be Careful.

Early 90s Boom Bap Type Beat 2 in FL Studio 1 (fruityloops 1.2.10)

Just keeping it simple, but still trying to be creative with limitations. Only effects are really:

- A built echo/delay
- A built sine fx
- A built overdrive fx
- Fade L to R
- Reverse Stereo (Fade R to L)
- Reverse
- Auto stretch
- Cut/Cut By

No VST support

Constructive Feedback Appreciated

This is so retro man. What else can I say

Hi everyone,
Thought I'd share this I haven't had much time for music recently as I've now got a new born baby and have no time lol I used 40 seconds of it for the beat this but this is an extended version. Hopefully you'll like it. I'm at work right now but will listen and give feedback later today. Much love

Nice man, you need a tight rapper on it who flows like a river because it can make people bounce imo. For me the low end is way too heavy but i guess it's a preference thing. The drums got my head knocking, but the intro is imo little bit too long. The panning with the snares is very nice. That's a banger Nak'dStar!

@DEEZ BEATZ That paper hungry track is literally one of the tracks I jam to help me on my treadmill runs that one and coming thru your speakers, and of course that Netflix and chill as well. Dope Bro!!
@NakedStar love that Neptune sounding synth and the pitch changing part of the intro. Good Work.

@producervibes i like the bass in the beat but I kinda feel the bells could need some panning
@RizzakBeats dope beat and nice idea with recording your sample but I suggest boosting the high frequencies from the flute to fit better in the mix.
@RStarCRhymeLord nice unique melody but I would eq the melody and the snare together bcs it sounds a little bit muddy in my ears.

Finished another Beat today, maybe you guys can take a listen and let me know what you would do different/better. o_O

Peace!

Thats Dope , for real . I love the synth , and the pad , but the snare bothers me a bit , i mean its a good snare/clap , but maybe too ditry for This beat . Maybe its only my opinion , ive Always hated weak snares , by weak i mean a 909 snare or rim Is weak . to me , 808 snare is strong , but it still doesnt satisfy me , if you listen to my beats they mostly have Hard snares ( unless just a clap is enough , like a hard snare will ruin a beat like candy shop beat )

Thats not the only thing , the beat bored me a bit , cuz its not complete , i mean you gotta add another melody or ... to the chorus ( let the more professional beatmakers advice you about this ) .

but you gotta complete the beat , its dope .

@NakedStar The drum pattern is dope on the beat.. id honestly change the synths and compress the bass I bit more but overall the drum pattern is what stuck out

@8O8 beats That boom bap joint is smooth.. the mixing is good nothing an engineer wouldn't fix after the song is recorded... you prolly think the highs are too high but they aren't so youre good..

This is so retro man. What else can I say
Yo the fact that this joint I smade in FL1 brings tears tomy eyes as that was the first DAW I ever used Salute +1... Second, hats off for the Jay-Z "Where I'm From" sample getting slid in there as well.. all around greatness bro

@8O8 beats @ArvinArmani Thanks for your feedback :up2:
@8O8 beats your beat is mixed very good. The Drum sample is clear but still has some dirtiness to it so it sounds very nice :up2:
. I miss a bassline, though.
@thizzbeatz I like your beat, the mood and the instruments you used, in my opinion the low end is too loud compared to your other sounds, but I think that's a taste thing.
@Dot Holla Welcome, hope you be as active as possible :) - That beat is crazy good. Nice samples, nice shouts in it, I like the changing of your beat, like a little B part. I would have brought the snare/snap little bit more to the front. Same here, the low end is also too loud for me, but I'm a person who isn't so much into that boomy stuff.

@Dot Holla the beat suprised me , i mean i couldnt imagine someone makin a good beat outta that sample , drums are good , the piano is good , i didnt like the female voice . I mean maybe its my flavor of music , but ill only accept it as a Good sample if the massege of the whole song have a connection to the fem voice you know ? Like the lyrics someone raps on it or ...
The drums on intro are great too , but they dont match with fem voice sample tempo , bothers me a bit .
The sample reminds me of india a lil bit .
I found out at about sec 40 i heard the voice that i heard on facts by kanye .
Really liked 2:16
The piano is great

And thats about it , dont forget that maybe im wrong

@RizzakBeats Thanks for the welcome and i hope to be as active as well... I appreciate the feedback.. The sample was a indian-Caribbean acapella I had laying about. The shouts in it are just random reggae dj hits I aslo had to infuse more of a Caribbean vibe and the b-side break was just me playing some keys to smooth out the reaggea vibe. Thank you for the advice on the snare, ive been told my snares are usually very sharp and loud (a preference of mine) and some times I tend to bring it too low these days. As for the low end, I kept it heavy to "modernize" it in this 808-era :up2:

@ArvinArmani Thnx for the input bro. The sample like I said before is a indian-caribbean sample, not just india-indian and wasn't meant to for a specific type of reggae. Are you familiar with reggae or Caribbean indian music? You should research it, its pretty interesting.... Main reason for the random Jamaican/reggae shouts.
The drums and feeling of it as a whole was inspired by "Jay Z - Bam". The song has a very similar vibe. If youre not familiar with reggae (I could be wrong) then I understand, no worries

Oh and the sound you heard from a Kanye sound is actually a common horn used in reggae music unlees you mean another sound . Again thnx for the input guys
