@crosstevsky It's crazy that it's like that over there. It always seemed to me that even since the 90s, a lot of artists in Europe are still on that 90's sound. Do you have any idea why their sound hasn't changed much?

When i was getting into dutch hiphop these dudez where the best only yeah this beat is made by another beatmaker their first few albumz where like legendary here in holland..

It's not that true these days. A lot of hip hop artists in Poland sounded that way back in a day. But it has changed completely.

For example the first hip hop album I have ever heard in my life was "HAOS" which was the product of collaboration between two rappers O.S.T.R. and Hades. It's brilliant album and I really recommend it.



But today polish rappers sound differently. Currently the most popular and respected hip hop artists here is Quebonafide and here you can find some of his music.

@Fade Yes, Europe has stayed more dedicated to more underground and true-to-the-roots hip hop in this century, but the trap wave hit all the scenes really hard. Over here, the vast majority of the most succesful hip hop acts from the last few years have been trap groups, leaving boom bap conservatives bubbling under, but still active.
