Need help solving recodring beeps

i am using mixcraft 6 studio pro so when i record a track it has counter beeps when starting the recording.

threw out the whole track it beeps 1.6 seconds apart, so i tried to use notch filter to get rid of the beep still dont work so i have to record the track over the frequency of the beep is 240mhz i tried turning down rec volume tried disabling microphone tried using different sound card and still it beeps , Its the Beep of death. If anyone had this problem b4 and knows how to fix it please send me a message

Metronome

Toggle the playback, recording or count-in metronomes. Press Alt+P to toggle the playback metronome or Alt+O to toggle the recording metronome.

i found out the whole time i had it set to stereomix with the wrong microphone selected thats why i heard beebping it was beep feed back after connecting the right microphone jack and selecting my headset and HD sound card everything started working properly the settings some how switched to a different setting.thanks for your reply and help
