Musicians not wanting to use a metronome during recording. Do not back down on this. So if you have a musician about to record audio for a guitar and it's not Hendrix risen from the dead, they need to use a metronome! Nothing will promote you better than your work. Post your recording tips
Rookie school of thought when recording audio, "Don't worry about that, I'll fix it in post production." Don't fall into this trap. Always do another take to prevent headaches. You'll save more time by just recording the right way instead of trying to cover up mistakes later.
